This wool „painting“ looks how I want to work in future more and more:
Like watercolour on paper with all the advantages of woolen structure.
It is not felted yet and I think I will leave it like that. After drying it will be and look very fragile….
Dieses Woll-„Gemälde“ zeigt, wie ich in Zukunft mehr und mehr arbeiten möchte:
Aquarellartig, durchscheinend. Und das in der Kombination mit Wolle und ihrer ganz besonderen Struktur.
Ich habe es noch nicht gefilzt und werde das wohl auch nicht tun. Das bedeutet, daß es nach dem Trocknen zerbrechlich wirken und auch sein wird….

Inspiriert ist dies Bild durch das Rotkehlchen, das so oft in unserem Vordergarten herumhüpft!
